Can I provide a CDr as my DVD master?
No. You must provide a fully workable DVD master in order for a successful duplication project.

How long will it take once I give you everything?
Depending on what you are ordering, the time to produce a finished product varies. Bulk discs typically are ready within 2 - 3 business days on a standard level of production.

Can you take one of my photos and make the disc artwork from that?
You can supply any 300 dots per inch (dpi) image and we can create the production file to use. Prior to using it, we will send you PDF to get your approval prior to making copies. Production charges will apply.

Can I bring the harddrive with the files for the master?
No. If you can't create a single disc master - this means that you still need to "author" your materials so that each of them knows what they are supposed to do. ANd authoring can be a basic authoring- such as using a graphic menu and indicating buttons to play different videos or as complicated as the human mind can go. So you need to provide us with a working DVD master that you've tested and that you'll be happy with when you get back 10, 50, 100 or more of the same.

We want a booklet on the inside of the case, can you print those?
Yes, we can. Make sure that you speak with your representative so that they can get you the necessary templates and information you'll need to set up the artwork files.
